Arbor E&T Youth Services programs are driven by the principle of, “We do what is best for the youth all the time – no exceptions.”   This commitment drives every part of our programs.  All changes or additions to the program model, all carefully chosen collaborative partners, all hiring and training of staff, all aspects of service delivery, and every dollar spent must meet this standard.  But, true success is measured not in outstanding reports or award-winning program models (both of which are hallmarks of Arbor E&T), but in the changed lives of youth and their families.

Workforce development has been Arbor's sole business since 1968. During the past three decades, we've successfully operated a wide range of programs under nine pieces of federal legislation. We've repeatedly demonstrated expertise in customizing core program components and Arbor-developed innovations to meet unique local needs

The INSPIRE Youth program incorporates the required ten program elements for youth specified in WIA, as well as assessment, counseling, and case management. Out-of-school programs also include GED preparation, work readiness, life skills, work experience, skills training, job placement, job retention, and career advancement.

The INSPIRE Youth Program has seen many changed lives of the youth that have been served through our program and we are committed to continuing the progress that has been made.
